THE IMPACT OF IMPACT

At Impact 100 NYC, impact is at the heart of all we do. Our engagement extends beyond the monetary grants as we actively support our grantees, from volunteering to fulfilling wish lists, such as these opportunities from our 2024 grant finalists:

GRANTEE PROJECTS AND WISH LISTS

City Living NY, (CLNY) empowers NYC youth aging out of foster care (age 21) to transition successfully into adulthood by providing essential resources and in-depth support. With its Innovation Grant, CLNY will fund the creation of an Alumni Program, leveraging the lived experiences of its community to form an alumni advisory board, provide peer mentoring, implement a matched savings program, and conduct ongoing workshops to build skills and community.

Nido de Esperanza 's mission is to help families create a strong foundation for their babies in the first 1,000 days of life through holistic family programming and services, helping families thrive through adversity, and disrupting long-term financial poverty. Nido will use its Innovation Grant to expand its Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Center by more than 20%. At-risk pregnant mothers receive support from social workers as well as individual and family therapy to disrupt the mental health spiral that can afflict low-income expectant and new mothers.
