March 8, 2026 11:30AM - 2PM Help distribute books to teachers from under-resourced schools with Project Cicero at The Starrett Lehigh Building 601 West 26th Street NYC. More events coming soon! _____________________________________________________________________ PAST EVENTS December '25 We partnered with Hearts of Gold and wrapped holiday gifts with love for families who are living in NYC shelters.
November '25 500 sandwiches made with ❤️ in partnership with One Sandwich at a Time...each one headed to someone who needs it to help our neighbors have a meal and a reminder that they are seen and cared for.
September '25 We assembled over 100 hygiene kits to support Xavier Mission, our 2024 grantee dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness. April '25 We volunteered at Sure We Can, a nonprofit recycling center, and help make NYC a greener place! ♻️
March '25 We helped distribute 170,000 books to 1,000 educators, in support of Project Cicero’s mission to enhance classroom and school libraries in under-resourced New York City public schools.books to teachers from under-resourced NYC public schools. February '25 Once again, we partnered with One Sandwich at a Time to prepare 500 sandwiches and 50 hygiene Bags for people in need of extra love this month at Xavier Mission!
December '24 Together with Hearts of Gold and The Card Angel Project, we wrapped gifts and made cards for NYC children in temporary housing shelters, bringing them joy and hope for the holiday season.
November '24 We joined forces with One Sandwich at a Time and came together at the headquarters of the nonprofit, TEAK to prepare 800 sandwiches, spreading care and nourishment to those in need.
October '24 Volunteers rolled up their sleeves at Xavier Mission, our incredible 2024 Grantee, to sort and distribute clothing donations—helping provide comfort and dignity to those in need.
September '24 To kick start the new school year with purpose, nextgen hosted a street clean up in Queens! This was nextgen's first official event for the '24-25 school year. Despite the rain, our dedicated team showed up in full force, filling numerous bags with trash and making a tangible impact on the community.
