Ways to Get Involved!
As an all-volunteer organization, members make Impact 100 NYC and its transformational grants possible! Make the most of your membership -- and make even more of an impact! -- by contributing your time and talents. There are many ways to get involved, such as leading or joining a committee; providing skill-based volunteering to our grant recipients or donating to their wish lists; and participating in community service actions.
The Membership Committee is responsible for developing and implementing strategy and activities for member recruitment and retention. The Membership sub-committees work together to ensure a positive membership experience.
The Grants Committee is the beating heart of Impact 100 NYC! It’s what makes us tick! The team develops, oversees and executes the grant process from start to finish, including the rigorous application and selection process. The Grants Committee sub-committees include:
The Marketing/Communications Committee develops and executes the organization’s strategic marketing and communications and creates and disseminates strategic messaging via newsletter, publicity, emails, website updates, photography, social media, digital and printed materials. Calling all marketers, publicists, social media mavens, copywriters, photographers, graphic designers, and content creators.
The Technology Committee is responsible for addressing the evolving technology needs and digital operations and assisting in the development of an annual IT plan, evaluating software and services, recommending procedures for database development, and managing the website. Information technologists, Project Managers, Content Creatives and all digital enthusiasts welcome!
The Finance Committee has oversight of Impact 100 NYC’s financials, ensuring the organization adheres to accounting standards, meets all tax obligations, and remains in a solid financial condition. If you have accounting skills, fiscal experience, love a ledger or are a self-proclaimed “numbers person,” apply here.
The Sponsorship Committee cultivates donors wishing to support our infrastructure or sponsor our events by developing and maintaining relationships with companies and individuals interested in supporting Impact 100 NYC.
