Join Mindy for some slow flow yoga. In this hour, we will take our time exploring movement with mindfulness, curiosity, a sense of play and community.  Everyone is welcome and there will be lots of choices that feel accessible and challenging. Let's take some time out of our busy lives for ourselves-we deserve it!
